Amending An OrderUpdated a month ago
Once an order is placed, it is sent straight to our warehouse for fulfilment and our team gets to work picking, packing and personalising. For this reason, we’re unable to cancel or make any changes - including removing, adding, amending any products within the order.
Due to the volume of orders we receive, our warehouse don't have the capacity to pull orders out of the piles I'm afraid, we understand this might be frustrating, and we are really sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
