We are sorry to hear that you are not 100% happy with your Elizabeth Scarlett gift.

We would love to offer you a gift voucher for the price of the item/s that you have been gifted, so you can buy yourself something that you would prefer. If all packaging is intact and there is no personalisation, please do package the item up, with a note stating: your name, the email address you are contacting from, and a short note to explain that the item has been returned for a gift voucher. Please do ensure that the note is included, or we won't be able to locate your parcel and issue the gift voucher! 

Once back with us, the gift voucher will be emailed to you, and you will be able to choose your favourite ES treasure from our collection.
